Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprint.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

Note: Sprint stated they were in the process of of migrating all SERO accounts to SWAC, so you can either initiate the move yourself if you wish, or wait until they eventually get to your account.

Here is the dedicated customer service email. [email protected]
When I last used it, they took a full day to reply, but did so personably and thoroughly.

I'll need to contact customer care, but after I switched over it doesn't say anything about Hulu under my plans and services.
DId you log into your account, goto mysprint -> More -> Change Service. Then under "
Services you can add" - > "Promoted services". There is a "Hulu Limited Commercials ( Included with Plan)" can be added for free. I believe this is the one.

Yup, you're right. I had to go into my plan and add Hulu to my service plan. It's still free for Hulu with Ads, not sure why you have to opt into Hulu and Tidal is automatic. Thanks for the help!!!

Maybe because Sprint owns a third of Tidal, so they consider it to be a more integral part of their service?

So here's a question. It says Sprint can cancel (swac) this plan at any time without notice. So is this their mission to get everyone off the old sero plans? and then say after a few months - pull the plug on the swac pricing altogether? Also, once the merger goes down with T-mobile, everyone is screwed anyways? There are a couple different scenarios? I've been with Sprint for about 22 years. Im still on the old SERO plan - paying around $85 a month for unlimited everything. This swac plan seems cool as hell, but Im afraid once I switch over to it.. they pull the plug on it and then you just migrate into whatever plan they want to fill in its place. Any thoughts?

So I checked what my plan is - it's Legacy plan (Everything Data) $79.99 plus taxes comes to about $86 a month. Would I even be able to jump into the SWAC plan? I thought my plan was SERO .. but not sure if Everything data is the same thing, lol.

I don't think you can convert to SWAC from your plan, only from SERO.

hmm, I guess my best move would be to *2 and just ask about the SWAC program, and see if its possible. Any advice? Seems like I could be saving some $$

I submitted the online form and received an email within minutes. It said the transition should take less than two business days to complete and I will receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Update: I received my confirmation email the next morning and that my Advantage plus plan would start on my next billing cycle. It also said that I could upgrade to the premium plan by responding to the email.

i am not saying that it is impossible but be prepared to spend a lot of time at your local sprint corporate store building a relationship with a customer success consultant analyst.
