Sprint reached out and tells us that the link in the OP is outdated and this one https://community.sprin t.com/t5/E...-p/1033393 is the newer, corrected one.
I didn't want to edit the OP but if the OP wanted to edit to have this link.. that would be great.

If you do not have it you can contact your HR Dept., they will gladly
provide it to you.
Did the chat and the rep told me they will automatically convert it to a consumer account if they dont receive the employee number. He told me he can create a case with corporate accounts. He told me there is no going back to sero.

Just switch/converted mine (SERO to SWAC). No issues at all. It was done within about +/-2 hrs. I just filled out the information on the webpage (https://sprint.custhelp
Thank you for contacting Sprint. We received your request to move your
SERO account number xxxxxxxxx to the Advantage Club program.
Upon reviewing the account I am showing that your account does not
qualify to be migrated over to the Advantage Club program. In order to
qualify for migration, the current account type should be SERO. This
account is currently an individual liable account.

Any chance you could PM me? I just converted to SWAC 10 days ago and am still trying to figure out how to sign up for HULU. Was there a special link I needed to follow?
Thanks a ton for this link. The only problem is, Hulu doesn't appear in my "services you can add" in my account settings which is making me wonder if they set my SWAC account up incorrectly.
