$25 on BS all around me, but Walmart app shows $23.88, available for pickup. Don't think I've ever seen the app cheaper than BS.
Torin is NOT Walmart, but the brand most common at consumer retail.
$5 would be a bargain, but $24 is still better than other options, if you have an immediate need for some.

Edit: found a store in BS @ $1, but out of stock.
