    For people who requested replacements due to buzzing:
    • Did the manufacturer only send out the replacement after receiving your defective unit (i.e., you had to send in the defective unit)?
    • How long did it take to receive the replacement?

    I bought this last night. No buzzing sounds, but I noticed my the back of my phone case gets pretty warm. Is this common with Qi chargers?

    No didn't need to send it in. Just emailed them and they asked for address and other info. Got in the mail within a week.

    Like others, I bought these the last time they were on sale but returned them. In my dual pack, I had one adapter which made the buzzing sound - I emailed them and they sent a new adapter within a week. But what made me return them was the fact that even if I placed my iPhone XS or wife's XR on it properly, and the phone showed Charging, we would wake up and no charge would have occurred. The iPhone's battery profile shows a charge state but was still drained (or at least, no charging occurred.) I've never had this occur with two other brands' Qi charging pads, so I'm chalking it up to Ubio.

    Bought these and returned them the next day. They emit some sort of low pitched sound when plugged in - I think it comes from the wall plug. Despite the good looks, they seem like a cheapo product. I would wait on something of a better quality.

    Yeap - known issue, but can be solved with a replacement adapter from Ubio.

    Might issue is that I couldn't find anyone with a decent "right-angle / flush" power adapter that would enable me to get furniture close to the wall. Many of these USB adapters stick out pretty far. Sorry to hear you had the buzzing, I've been pleasantly happy with mine.
