Still haven't gotten the $150 Slickdeals rebate from the AMEX card deal from a month back...

Vanguard money market is about 2.49% or so currently. Places like Cit bank is around 2.45%. Other places have 2.3-2.4%ish accounts. Purepoint has a no-penalty CD at 2.6%

But with 20K to play with, you may be better off doing the bank bonus game -- Discover/Capital One/HSBC checking/Citi and so on.

I sent a direct email to you all 4 days ago and have not gotten a response about having not received my $125 yet. I know it's up to 60 days but I'd like to know around when to expect it.

I have had numerous email exchanges with SD regarding this "bonus" - cycle time averages 1 week to get a reply.

I'm in the same boat. I applied on the last day of the promotion and was approved the following day. I am still waiting for my bonus and assume that I qualified but haven't heard anything official from SD about people in our situation.

Same here. I applied a couple days before the promo ended and wasn't approved until the Sunday after the deal expired. Emailed SD but haven't heard back (just been three days however).

Same situation here. I clicked the link and applied on 7/19 and got approved on 7/29. Didn't know why it took so long to get approved. Anyway, I submitted the $125 rebate form to SD on 7/29 and emailed SD asked if i am qualified, didn't get a response yet.

Still nothing here. Followed all of the steps. Then was told wasn't in the system. Had to send screen shots of the approval and account opening info. Told I would get the 125 credit within two weeks as a courtesy. Contacted again a week ago and was told they would look into and nothing. Been going on since early May.

I actually chatted with HSBC while I was waiting and was told the delay was because they had a recent flood of applications and I would know in 14 business days. Couple days later it was approved. Then I saw people getting approved who applied on the last day BEFORE me, so who knows what their process is.
