sorry you've had so much trouble with your rebate. based on their reply in this thread from yesterday (quoted above) it seems the most recent email reply was 8/21 requesting more info. perhaps it went to your spam folder? if you replied and are still waiting, it may be worth resending as it appears that perhaps it got lost in cyberspace
EDIT: Got a third email response that it should be paid 'by early next week', but we'll see. I'll stand down for the moment and see how this plays out with a nice bowl of popcorn. Should be fun.
