PSA: Get a free upgrade to Borderlands UHD GOTY if you own Borderlands 1
For anyone who owns Borderlands 1 on PC, Xbox One X, and PS4 Pro, you can get a free upgrade to the 4K version. Gearbox has released a UHD texture pack today that users can download for free.
You'll be getting the GOTY version even if you own just the vanilla version of the game. I logged into my Steam account earlier today and it shows as "Borderlands GOTY Enhanced" -- it's listed as a separate game just below the regular version. Unlike Borderlands 2, the GOTY version includes ALL of the DLC.
