This is more or less, on par with Intel i7-9700K Octa Core CPU. The Gaming performance is slightly better in Intel CPU, along with the single threaded performance. But if you play games in higher than 1080P, like 1440P or 4K, the gaming performance is virtually same.
Ryzen 2700X has slightly better Multi-threaded performance because it has 8 Core 16 Threads using SMT whereas i7-9700K lacks Hyperthreading.
