One of retail job duties is to perform accurate inventory counts and to prevent theft.
Customer had to waste their gas and time because of your selfishness or laziness providing fair customer service.
If you're tired of having customer coming over and over asking for the same stuff, then simply take all that out from storage, then ask your boss to recount the inventory. Why couldn't you do that?
We need to start reporting employee who lies and lazy. They know what they're doing behind their boss, unless Big cooperate doesn't care that their staff drives away customers from coming back.

That person also doesn't know when he tells anyone who says that it couldn't be found to report the employee, manager, store, etc. Like I said, a bunch of whiny little so and sos who are pissed they can't get a YMMV deal so their response is to turn in to snitches.

Really? 5 or 8 electronic such laptops or tablets which are locked in a cage by CSM keys were stolen? When we get home after arguing, the number decreased by 2 on the same day?
So, what does that tell you?
If you really want the laptop, report the employee's full name and the store's address to the Walmart corporate using the link below:
Took about 3 days for corporate to contact me. The corporate girl was nice. She apologized and said she opened a case with the loss prevention team to investigate and someone from the store would call me. I got a call from the store manager a day later. He was also nice and professional. He said to give them another chance to find the laptops and he gave me a time when the electronic manager on duty would be there to assist. I went to the store later that afternoon and met with the electronic manager. He asked an employee to look for the laptops at the back of the store. Suddenly, a few other employees came out nowhere and offered to look for the laptops. I had never seen any employees this proactive and helpful before and thought I was dreaming in a Walmart wonderland. In about 10 minutes, an employee brought the two laptops from the back. The electronic manager asked if those were the laptops I wanted. I said yes and he rang them up for me and apologized again. Not too shabby. Today, I received a survey from Walmart asking how was my shopping experience at that store
Since it's you versus the employees who want to keep the laptops for themselves, I couldn't think of any other way without getting corporate involves. If anyone has any other way to win the battle between you and the employees who keep items to themselves, I am always listening.

Remember, boys and girls, be polite and nice to all employees. Don't fight or argue with them in the store. Just walk away politely and report all unscrupulous employees to corporate and let corporate deals with them. Good luck!
If these were indeed sold, it was very unscrupulous of the employees at this store to deny the sale of these laptops. In fact, I would go so far as to say this is theft should it turn out they were held back by an employee for personal gain because the store is loosing out on thousands of dollars in potential sales.

There was a deal on printers for $22. Retail price was over $100. I grabbed one and the guy scsnned it and sait it mustve been wrong. Asked me where i got them from and it was on the clearance isle. There were about 10 left. The guy grabbed two and put them under the electronics check out desk. Went to grab 2 more and put them there as well. After 15 mins, he then proceeded to ring my item so i could pay for it lol.
These walmart employees, some are cool as hell. Others, not do much.
I remember trying to buy a 65" samsung 4k for $189. Girl said it was broken and couldnt sell it to me. Went back at night and the store was dead. Was trying to get the ipad mini for $199, no dice. Then i see the girl and two guys hauling that 65" samsung she wouldnt sell to me, into an SUV. Just looked at her and she ran inside.
