Ant Man and the Wasp isn't included in Zavvi's sale, so for people like me who just need Ant Man and the Wasp and 1 other Marvel 3D, it looks like it has to be Amazon UK.

Zavvi's buy 2 deal on Disney titles had Incredibles 2 3D and another recent title (whose name escapes me now), but Zavvi refused to ship Incredibles 2 to the US, so Zavvi was another fail once again. Amazon UK's Disney offer required 3 titles so I couldn't use it. I once bought an extra Frozen 3D from the UK years ago thinking someone would be willing to pay me the $10 or so I paid for it at a garage sale, right? Wrong. I still have it. Your average garage sale customer won't pay jack for anything, least of all 3D. Showing 3D or 4K discs to garage sale customers is like showing a cross to Dracula. The just like Dee-Vee-Dee which they'll splurge and pay up to a whopping buck for. So no more buying 3D dupes because I just end up stuck with those.

When I'm ordering stuff from Amazon UK, it's always nice to throw in some other stuff while I'm already paying shipping because each additional item is usually around another $1-$1.30 to ship. I haven't had time to scour foreign sites to find out what other recent 3Ds are available there that are not available in the US. Hopefully Ant Man and the Wasp won't go OOS for weeks/months if I don't order for a few days. I need time to dig into the UK site to see if anything else is worth ordering.

That's what happens to me most of the time with these UK promos. Sadly I can't use the Amazon Disney buy 3 for L25 promo because I only have 2 titles there. I stupidly bought The Last Jedi (and paid about $6 more) around Christmas. It seems whenever I choose to buy, it's always the wrong time and they come out with another better buy 2 or buy 3 offer that I can't use. This is one of the rare buy 2 offers I can use, but watch them have a better off in a month or two if I order this time.

Good 3D deal I also only want the Ant but hafta bite the builet & also get Iron Man 3 even though is was the worst Iron Man. Funny I don't even have the 1st 2 Iron Man movies which I would rather get than the 3rd..

Check the last thread for details to see if the deal to get another 5 pounds off if you buy 3 is still going on. I really wish I had waited now. I picked Dr. Strange as my 3rd. Much rather have had Ant-man and the Wasp.

Slight wariness. I and at least another member had our orders from Amazon lost. They ship them from Amazon UK on a carrier that's not even on the list of approved carriers on Amazon UK. There is no tracking info. In the end, Amazon UK had Amazon US fulfill my order. I don't know why they don't do that to begin with. It would save them a lot on shipping.

FYI, the promo that takes the price for 2 to 18 GBP (from 10+10=20 that shows up in the cart per pair of BRs) is only subtracted once, no matter how many pairs you buy (at least I can't figure out how to get additional promo discounts for each additional pair I buy). I looked at doing separate orders, but then you get screwed by shipping costs. In my case, I want 6 (3 pair) 3D BRs, so in my cart I had 6 BRs at 10 GBP per for a total of 60 GPB, then they added 8.04 GBP for shipping (so I save 4 GBP vs. 3 separate orders), but then only 2 GBP total was subtracted from my order of 6 BR.. so I lost 4 GBP, so breaks even.

Not a big deal, just curious if I missed something to get the additional promos to apply.

P.S. they won't ship Antman to my address Frown.

They wouldn't ship Ant-Man to me either, so I split my order. 2 movies from Amazon, and 4 from Zavvi ($4.99 flat rate shipping). I put the majority of the movies on the Zavvi side to save on shipping, and placed the 2 orders on Amazon since they had Ant-Man 2

Hey thanks for the reps seems like your the only one to give me any. Maybe people just don't do that anymore.

On another note Ant-man and the Wasp was on the zavvi promotion when i posted this deal. They must of taken it off at some point.

What about the "trick" of additionally ordering an unreleased, unscheduled product such as Dumbo 3D? Amazon sends you the available item, and leaves the second item as an unfulfilled order. If the price of that unreleased item drops sufficiently, you let them send it when available; if the price remains too high, you cancel.

I have heard that a year or two ago, you could cancel the unfulfilled order online; but more recently, you have to use Chat to do so.

I don't mean that you can use this "trick" to get 2 for 25. Rather, this "trick" simply reduces the per-item shipping cost--whether or not you let Amazon send the second item.
