Samsung Galaxy S9 and s9+ "Premium" case Pursuit series from Otterbox is marked down to $1 in some rare cases and as low as $15 in several other stores:

Look on youtube for actual video reviews that rate it highly.
Regular Otterbox defenders and commuters are also marked down to $between $11 to $17 or even lower. In my Walmart they have several of each type in stock though Brickseek shows a much lower quantity.
These are priced in the $60 range with comparatively few reviews on Amazon, Best Buy etc...most likely on account of the high price. But with this clearance pricing at Walmart, they should be within everyone's reach.
I got one and it feels sturdy - as good as any Otterbox case but without as much bulk.
