Saw this while shopping for a mother's day present: a new Garmin Vivoactive 3 (non-music) with a stainless steel bezel and a white band for $134.98 at a local Target. I purchased it for that price - no problem. Using Brickseek, I noticed that a few other stores in larger cities also had the deal. Yes, it is YMMV, but a great deal if you can get it! (Tip: use Brickseek!)

Thank you, they do have in stock at that clearance price in your area. Unfortunately, Target won't match another Target's price if it's clearance. ☹️
