Been using them daily for 4 years now and they are still perfect (literally sitting 2 feet away from me)
Excellent price for excellent scissors.
Edit: nevermind I have a pair that looks exactly like this with the exact same markings/words EXCEPT the center rotation point/pivot has a metal screw there. Most of the people complaining about the scissors breaking have the version with plastic centers (this pair) so disregard my comment.
But at least they have a lifetime warranty.
Looks to me like you busted the molded handles off the frame, but the hinge pin and scissor blades are still fine. I have had other cheap scissors do this, but usually after they were bent sideways from something heavy being placed on them, not during the course of cutting.
What were you cutting?

I wouldn't judge you for it, as I'd do it myself immediately when my pair breaks.

Everyone internet business charges tax now.
These it looks like the handle is overmolded to cover the hinge pin, so I don't see how it could fall out without you literally breaking the plastic handle molds off first.

I've cracked my replacement after a handful of use.
Most scissors have a metal cap that reinforces the hinge, which is impossible to break.
This one has a really shi++y/cheap design.
Edit: photos added.
Even the handle is cracked all over. Basic scissors do not have this problem.
