However I recently stopped at 7 Home Depots last week and 4 of them had it in stock at this price. The other 3 had the $150 price, but oos.

*Note, if your store shows "clearance" on brickseek, it could be $150 or the higher $200 price. If it's $200, keep an eye out and it'll probably drop to $150 within a couple weeks
Ok. You explain, other then the extremely slim crapshoot chance that the OP happens to be your next door neighbor, that info is helpful/relevant to anyone then.
There's 100's of stores that have this item on clearance across the US. You don't have to be OP's neighbor to take a chance and check out your store. Just look on Brickseek and if it says your store has it in stock and that it's on clearance, go take a drive...

HD clearance prices have traditionally been regional. Even if his store is not the same as the OPs store it could be same as another SD member. I have come across many SD members while searching for a deal. One time I came across someone looking for a deal that I posted.
That's the one - aside from difference in design, It's a stand that does exactly what this stand does so I wouldn't be able to justify a $50 premium to the rigid. It might be better in some aspects but I don't use it or transport it everyday like a contractor would - where one would be able to see the wear/weak points from constant usage.
For a DIYer, can't justify $50 premium, maybe for someone who uses it more often may see some benefit in the Bosch design.
Just use Brickseek... You don't need to be OP's neighbor
