Any comments on this deal? Don't care for gaming use, will use for work and plan to have two inputs so easy switching and any picture in picture features will be nice. Stand seems to be crap but I plan to desk mount it anyway so it doesn't matter.

Edit:
Page 13 of the manual covers PIP options so looks like it's supported.

linus tech tips said it's a decent monitor if you aren't doing any serious color work. the colors aren't as accurate as higher priced monitors, but it's good for gaming and internet browsing.

Be ready for multiple DOA, cracked screen. If you are from east coast. Two weeks turn around time on RMA issue.

I got a DOA cracked screen in Los Angeles about an hour away from where it's shipped from.

Otherwise I am very pleased with this monitor. Picked it up for about the same price 6 months or so ago.

been using mine for about a year now. its good but not great. i paid around $400 for it

it overclocks to 119 and that seemed to eliminate the weird flickering around 60fps during gaming

Unfortunately if you want better for the size you need to jump double the price to the alienware 34 or even more for the LG

Bought it a month or two ago. Came in perfectly fine, no dead pixels, OC'd to 120 hz no problem. For the price, can't beat it. stand is definitely a little big but thats expected for a monitor this size. Moved it onto a vertical dual monitor mount now, with this monitor on the bottom and a Dell s2716dg above, works great.

I have this, works great for the money. Just 2 things to be aware of:

1. I don't know if this is just my luck, but the remote it comes with is on the same frequency as my Hisense TV, so they interfere with each other.

2. If you care about aesthetics, don't buy. The back of this thing is about as cheap and ugly as you can get.

I like mine and use it for work. You can rdc with 2k resolution and still have enough real estate for other things on the side at the same time
