    Been thinking about trying them out, and wasn't sure between A10 or A11 hero models. Was also waiting on a deal. Most reviews are positive, and that they engineered based on bad reviews for Dyson. Customer Service also gets good reviews. The parent company is Ecovacs. I have their Deebot robotic vac, and it works great.

    I posted this in the Dyson V8 Animal thread from BB&B but I was able to price match with JCPenney for $299.99 and then was able to apply promo code MPB330 for an extra 30% off. It made the V8 $209.99 before taxes. I did this through their chat. Hope this helps.
