I placed a price match request for a Surface Pro bought earlier in May, when it went on sale on 5/28 $200 lesser than what I bought on 5/13. I submitted the online
Price Adjustment [costco.com] form.
Today, I called to check and the phone rep said that they didn't have any record of the request. He processed it manually and gave me a service referral # for reference.
The online form doesn't give any such referral # or an email confirmation that a price adjustment was requested. I posted a thread for a 75" TV that's discount from earlier in May. If folks are using the online form and not using phone or chat support, I would recommend verifying that a request is on file.
