question:

i entered imei of the phone 1 - it said its not unlocked and won't allow me to continue

so what if i enter imei of phone 2 (factory unlocked) and go through activation of sim card on the $25 unlimit plan, then can i take this activated sim card into the phone 1 using rsim? will it work this way?
