not a great item seeing how some of the 16gb slickdeals are $65-80 at a higher frequency. 4gb just isn't that great in 2019 where programs are using up ram like crazy.

That's fair. For budget systems however, $20 entry point for $5/GB is a pretty good deal. Yeah, maybe others are faster, but for those on a budget, buy some now and some later and you will be at your $80 deal.
