Well my Jamo deal through Fry's got cancelled. Been really wanting the Klipsch anyway. Bit the bullet . At least this way I chose the smaller sub and now I can shop the receiver I want vs the package deals that have been offered in the past. 👍
Lol they finally gave up and posting the bundles and let people buy what they want/ can afford. How does the Klipsch Center compare to the jbl studio 520 at $150 right now?

You should use the same center channel as the L/R speakers. Timbre matching.
The JBL speakers are a step up from this line, anyways. The Klipsch RP speakers are solid, however.

If it matches your fronts, it's better. If the jbl matches your fronts, it's better. If neither match, they're both bad.

JBL far superior, these are Klipsch bottom of the barrel bookshelves,
Not saying they are bad tho cause they are decent,
Things that go on sale that are better for a similar price are the Sony cores, and the JBL studio 230s / 220s

I have the Sony cores floorstanding, bookshelf, center, subs. They are all excellent for the half off sale price. Subs are a bit weak and make an annoying CLICK noise when powering on and off. Sony has a new 10" sub with radiator but haven't seen it for sale anywhere.
For $75 on sale the Sony cs5 are a better buy. They sound great even at higher volumes. You get some bass what you'd expect from bookshelf speakers. They are offered for $75 a few times a year.

I have 4 of those speakers as part of my 7.1.4 Atmos set up. Ask away? Powered by Pioneer Elite VSX-LX503 and A-20 receivers.
Thanks
