so please be aware that these are not brand new, they come in an aftermarket brown box with no paperwork or accessories. They also may be reupholstered, I can't tell personally from the 2 I've seen from them (1 leap and 1 think). Madison warranties them in-house for 10 years but yea their customer support will suggest partial refunds and/or sending you replacement parts if there is a problem.

209.99 for the leap and 249.99 for the think is the lowest I've seen on here, I personally ordered 2 leaps, one for home and one for work. I have the 13% ebay bucks promo going on my account right now too!

The regular price on the Think and Leap are $899-1099 for the base models and they sell upgrades which add to that. That's of course direct from Steelcase, with full warranties.

Yes there are risks here, the chairs are not "brand new" but the 2 I've purchased for friends looked brand new an repackaged in a generic cardboard box. The upholstery is maybe/probably redone but I could not tell, it looked brand new. But this is ebay + paypal so you are protected through that if the chair is totally messed up, plus Madison Seating has their in house "10 year warranty" which, of course take with a grain of salt...

This is 80% off here roughly so consider that, and these do look "like new". I'll tell you that I've gone through - and my friends have gone through - enough $100-$200 staples/office depot chairs that last 2-3 years at-best to know that $209 for an awesome Steelcase, even in used condition, is probably a better deal than buying another POS. And if you are eligible for the 13% ebay bucks through ebay app offer (ends tonight) then it makes it even sweeter.

Of course buying a new chair through Steelcase/Herman Miller/Humanscale totally sounds worth it @ around $1000 but I'm not in the market for a chair that expensive, let alone 2.

This looks like the old Leap V1, it's about the same price $199 at a local office liquidator. But, you get free shipping and eBay Bucks with this deal. New list price around $850 depending on features.

I bought a Leap V1 from these guys about 6 years and it was the best thing I have ever purchased. I had 0 problems with my single purchase from them. I am buying another V1 from this thread because the price is too good.

Apart from the misleading picture, I went ahead and giving it a shot. It may be used but 200$ over 1000$ is a big deal plus return is possible so worst that can happen is my time is wasted. This company (or person) is a trusted seller so I think they'll do a good job with these chairs.

I received mine last week and to my surprise, both were Leap V2! Both I think have brand new fabric and upholstery (rebuilt), and one is kinda used (probably 8/10 on quality), and the other is nearly brand new, it looks like someone maybe used it for a week. Both are 100% functionality wise.

@ this price with the 13% ebay bucks I'm happy! Next time eBay has a sale coupon or ebay bucks promo, don't discount these guys if you want a good chair Smilie
