Hacking resources!!

Here's a youtube guide on how to flash the Bleemsync custom kernal, which is needed if you plan on using 2 controllers, this will enable "OTG" support:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0DRd9T9D24
After flashing, you can continue to use Bleemsync. However, after you are done flashing the Bleemsync customer kernel, which enables otg support, you're free to use Autobleem as an alternative. Here's a Youtube guide for that:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjSDZCEXJIA

Remember to use iso's from games you've personally ripped, blah blah blah, you know the deal. You are of course able to use any otg cable you want, however I bought this one, and it works fine:

Note:
All usb 2.0 thumb drives work should in-theory, because it's a 2.0 bus, but there is limited support for 3.0/3.1 drives to my understanding. I used both the 3.0 and 3.1 Microcenter house brand thumb drives, luckily they worked fine. Google is your friend to find a compatible usb 3.0/3.1 drive. However, you can always use a powered usb hub if you run into issues with your 3.0/3.1 thumb drive. The reason that a 2.0 drive is preferred is that the Playstation Classic USB ports are current limited to ~100mA internally, so if you connect a device that requires more current (3.0/3.1 flash drives), the voltage will drop below USB spec (4.4V) and it won't work. A powered hub helps this situation by providing the power requirements to the flash drive from the USB hub's external power adapter, rather than trying to pull it through the PSC's USB ports. This is why powered hubs are recommended, as they work with more modern flash drives (USB3) that may require more than 100mA to operate.

If you can get Target to price match it, clip the 35% off cartwheel coupon (attach a payment option to your account via the app), and pay for it, the total will be $16.24 before tax.

Still an absolute crap product, but it might be worth it for those interested.

EDIT: Forgot RedCard 5% off. With that it should be around $15.43 before taxes.
It was insane this cost $100 to start but at this price is pretty decent, easily hackable and two controllers make it really easy to just plug in and enjoy a few games for an evening. The sad thing is that if they got a better game selection together I think a lot of people would have happily paid $100 at launch.
From what I have been reading, people just don't want to buy this out of spite at this point. No matter how cheap it will get, people just won't buy it.

I pre-order this last year when it was $100. Glad I cancelled it before it was shipped.

For $25 its a no brainier for what you get....

Its not super easy to add games but I would say its not hard.

Grab a 32-256GB GB flash drive and fill it up with however many 300-500 mb games it can hold.

For $100 it should've included WiFi for the ability to download more games from the Playstation Store and also a replica memory card that would house a micro sd card for those downloaded games and saves.

Still, for around $20 it's a good device to throw your own games and emulators on if you don't have any NES/SNES Classics available in your area or want to go the Pi route.

It's still not worth it for the standard experience though.

There is no scenario where Target will allow a PM AND a Cartwheel offer. I had an employee "threaten" to report me to his manager for trying one time. Their system won't even allow a coupon if you PM.
