Unless I get a really good string of Lady GaGa songs on Pandora, I get bored (hard to imagine.) So I have been trying to make it harder instead of going longer (what was the question, again.)

About five miles. I forget at what the incline setting maxes out, or what it means. 4.5? 4.5 what?!?
