I have both the 34 and 38 version of this display. I gave my wife the 34 after I bought the 38.
I prefer the 38 due to 1600 vs 1440p vertical. I want to buy the 49 now but the shit is sold out. Wack.

Terrible deal, the 55 inch has been $800 a few times, and LG sells a 42 inch monitor for ~$550 occasionally. Curved monitors aren't that great unless you buy a bunch of them, with cross networked quaddro cards.

The 49" (U4919DW) has this feature, too. It even has a built-in KVM so you can switch between the computers hooked to it. That's useful if you have a PC hooked up but sometimes want to use it to dock your work laptop, too. I also like that you can side-by-side them, so you can play music or videos on your own PC and network while the work laptop is connected to the company VPN.

those of you who got in on this deal, how do you like your monitor? my 34" came all assembled in the box with proper padding above and below. it looks good without any blemish. When I put in the service tag on the support site, it says original ship date April 2019. Warranty expires April 2022.
