The debit REDcard is included in the signup deal which wouldn't affect your credit.
I applied for the debit a couple of weeks ago and was declined. I belong to the state credit union & have excellent credit in the 800's.
Target claimed they were unable to verify and IK I got the routing numbers and all right.
I take it as a sign.
