I was at Sherwin Williams this afternoon, and they let me know that they are having a 40% off sale starting this Friday. I placed my order, and they told me I could pick it up Friday. Pottery Barn still has a $15 off $75 and Sherwin Williams' website has a $10 off $50.

Quality of paint is defined by who you are asking. For a painter the "best" would be the easiest/quickest paint to apply, for a dealer/distributor the "best" would be the easiest/quickest/most accurate color mixing system, while for a consumer the "best" is the most durable, the most aesthetically pleasing, or the best value. You will get benefits in one area at the expense of another. This being Slickdeals (knowing the audience), the cheapest option is not always the best value- you may have serious problems with durability and ease of application that may cost you more in the long run.

That being said, I do appreciate whenever this sale hits FP! I think everyone agrees that S-W is not a low-quality option.

I think it's 40% off paints and stains. It's usually maybe 15% off everything else?

40% off is the real deal. They occasionally run 30% off, but 40% off is great. It may even extend to accessories.

Definitely BM. With this sale it takes SW paints closer to a realistic price of what they should be charging in the first place.
