You can get SU800 for similar price.
Considered to be one of the best. $80 is a good deal. Previous low for this drive was $88.

urlhasbeenblocked has SU800 onsale pretty frequent. I'd say every two weeks or so they have sale. It's sold directly from adata, so it does come with warranty.

Yet, an SSD that is 10% faster in real world workloads sells for $20-25 more and goes front page.
Essentially, $59.
With that in mind, humbug to DRAM.
