It's the LG OLED C8 - the 2018 model but still a fantastic tv.

It's part of urlhasbeenblocked's Deal of the Day.

Interestingly all my capital letters were converted to lowercase when the post got approved. Weird.

I figured out that if I use the quote (") symbol for inch... it automatically made everything after that be lowercase. But if I remove it and just type "inch" then the uppercase remains.

For CA the eBay deal is still much better if you have the eBay bucks promo. That one is $1599 (no CA tax) + $100 in eBay bucks

It's a good deal for sure. But urlhasbeenblocked is also very generous with their rewards points so I figured that a lot of us probably have a healthy stack of credit there to use as well!

True, makes sense for someone with a bunch of expiring credits. I recently ended up buying 2 65 C8s and went a different route. I picked up a open box display from Best Buy for $1279+tax and a display from Costco for $1500+tax. Costco has a generous return policy + 2 year manufacturer warranty + 1 year extended from CC. Both already are having panels replaced by warranty. Peace of mind and easy returns with B&M stores may have some value for some, so you may want to check your local stores.

My Costco just had its foundation laid - finally - after a lengthy battle with the local Sam's Club (an argument over whether Costco could have a gas station since the land wasn't technically zoned for it - apparently Costco lost and won't offer a gas station).

I can't frickin' wait.

Are you selling the tvs or getting credit for them?

I wanted the panels replaced because they were display units with many hours on them.

How were you able to convince them to replace the panels?
