Got gas for a buck a gallon in the '90s.

It that supposed to be a joke? They are great for music.

$98 - $32 = $66 not 59.40
Also there is a tax. For me in CA the total is $71 and they are currently $75 on B&H without tax.

I have 2 pairs that I've had for a couple decades. If you want a nice upgrade, or when your original pads start to wear out, get the Beyerdynamic pads: They improve the sound and comfort. I have them on 1 pair (the pair I actually use), and have experimented with other pads on the other pair, just for fun, but would get the Beyerdynamic pads for real use.

I was lucky to snag these last year for $35 from Buydig. Superior headphones at this price and will last forever. Replaced my 7506 I had for 20 years that unfortunately had the cord sheared.

Great and industry standard recording headphones. I just wish theyd put a removable cord on them! I hate that coiled one!

For anyone else wondering that was with a Buydig $20 off $50 code or something similar that was emailed to people who had bought from Buydig previously but hadn't been back in a long time. They eventually disabled the use of the code with those headphones if I recall correctly.

Yup, the fake pleather pads wear out eventually and start flaking. I spent half the cost of the headphones on some Beyerdynamic pads but it was worth every penny. I've been using the same headphones for almost 2 decades now.
