The answer is found in the English language User Manual on page 29
The question should say have not has
The manual says, " The SD card is not provided with the product.."
You would think that for a radio with a MSRP of $5000 (although none ever sell for that price) they could afford to toss in a $5 SD card. I suppose they have to cut costs somewhere in order to pay for this contest.

This is another one I missed last time because it is a bit tricky.
The user manual on page 111 clearly states "Supply Voltage: DC 13.8 V ± 10% (Negative Ground)"
The user manual for the FT-DX101D and the FTDX101MP is the same. But if you look at the list of what's included with each rig, the FTDX101MP rig comes with the FPS-101 External Power Supply with Speaker and the FT-DX101D does not.. Both rigs require a 13.8 V DC supply. What they are really asking is what mains supply does the FPS-101 work off of.
