If you get the "Existing Customer" notice during any step, try making these changes.
- If email is flagged as an Existing Customer, try a different email. If you don't have another email, make a new one on gmail or whatever.
- If address is flagged as an Existing Customer, append your address by adding something that will still get it delivered in your case, apartment #, Suite #, etc. or try a different address, work, neighbor, etc
- If phone number is flagged as an Existing Customer, try a different one. Also, you can get a new number from Google Voice for free.
From the website: "After 30-days or 30GB of data, whichever comes first, you can return the device to any T-Mobile store or pass it on to a friend."

or is there a time limit before I have to activate and start the 30-day trial?
the reason I"m asking is that I want to try this at home as well as the places that I'm visiting in Upstate New York during the first week of October.
Thanks!
