The $50+ is SOOOO worth it! Yes, go to a professional, preferably someone who bikini/brazilian waxing is all they do. I had this awesome woman in downtown Chicago who was great. I think it was like $45, about 10-15 min. Very through and didn't make you feel uncomfortable at all. And really, the pain isn't that bad.

3 weeks of growth is ideal, but not necessary.

Plus each time you get waxed the hair grows back thinner.

I think it's worth it.
