Do they change your plan? Last time they offered this they didn't tell me my access fee would change. It was $20\mo higher which negates the $ off. Was pretty shady

Will this loyalty offer cause the increase of access fee? On reddit some people say the access fee increased from $25 to $40 on previous offers.

If you are not on the current unlimited plans (with the 40 access fee) then your access fee will go up (20 to 40).

I'm on the Unlimited & More Premium plan, paying $200 for 5 lines. I confirmed with the rep that there will be no access fees or changes with the monthly plan with the upgrade.

That's how they get you unless you're on the unlimited plan. I usually wait until Sam's or Costco has gift card rebates to buy the phones outright to keep the access fee from going up. Or even Black Friday at Target or Best Buy.

I did an iPhone 11 this AM as well. Can confirm it's live. Easiest way for me was to log in, go to chat, and tell the robot "loyalty department". That gets you to the right group of people right away.

This deal is basically what cellular companies offered in the past. Sign a two year contract and receive a subsidized price - in this case, $450 off MSRP any iPhone 11, 11 Pro, or 11 Pro Max.

Depending on what plan you are, there may be an increase in access fees so just make sure to verify with the rep. The Unlimited & More Premium plan I'm on didn't require any changes with the upgrade.
