Why would any1 still go with Comcast after their 1TB limit and only 5Mbps upload? With Fios or at&t ipad plan $30/mo, there are options out there.

Because where I am, Comcast has a monopoly unless I want 15 MB DSL

Generally my speed test is 50mbps faster than the advertised... i got blast speeds but not 50mbps faster download. Guess i need to reset the modem for it to update?

Edit: i got about 330mbps down now with rebooting the modem. Thanks. Still the same shiet 10mbps upload though. I cant wait till the day there is a competitive alternative in the bay area.
