That deal is from couple of weeks ago, which seems to be extended. It should stack with the 15% Circle offer though. Offer is under top Circle offers in the App. So if you bought something from the store couple of weeks ago, try to get price adjustments.

I believe the 15% off will stack, but its only in-store. Doesn't work on preorders.
edit: Target app says b2g1 is online only. Could be wrong but this may be their way of preventing deals from stacking.
