My TCL 65R6xx just got the new Roku 9.2 update today! Also firing up the FS app for 4K TNF tonight. I got this TV over a year ago and no regrets. Seems even better now after seeing the reviews on newer models, this one is a bargain now. Not sure BB will match costco BF but extended holiday returns have kicked in.

I'm hoping for the same. The 75" 4-series is on sale now at Best Buy but I'd only get the 6-series, which now is $1299 at Best Buy and I'm hoping it will drop to $1000 for Black Friday.

I was pretty certain that I wanted the 2019 model too, but it's not as much better as you might think.

Looking at that, and considering the price difference and the warranty difference (via costco), I think the 2018 model is the right choice.

The only thing I am concerned about is the panel lottery. I am upgrading from a 40" old sony, and I feel like even a crappy panel will look good and I won't know it isn't the good panel. Any tips on what to look for to tell the difference? Or should I order 3 and keep the best looking one? Smilie

i just received the tcl 55" from the previous costco deal for $399 and I am impressed

even though it is 2018 I may get the 65" on black friday,,,for 599 and the 3 year warranty from costco if you pay with visa

This TCL 6 series ($599.99) or the Samsung NU6950 ($499.99) or even the 65" Samsung 8 Series ($779.99)?

Thoughts? The TV will be kept outside near the BBQ area.

Also will Costco have these available on 11/29 for in store purchases?

Has anyone had any luck finding a sound bar that works with the TCL Roku remote? I've bought and returned two so far that supposedly would work but did not because the tv remote has the voice upgrade.
