2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

I did the deal a few times back in the Xr 'free' period and one rep went through EACH line on my account.
I also had lines that I never even knew existed on my account. Try not to cause a scene...I'm sure that store will call the other stores to make them aware of you.

The trade-in credits are tied to your TMO account. The rebate is tied to your TMO account. You won't see the rebate if there wasn't a valid trade-in processed.
