Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.

The actual trade in value (76 for my iPhone 7) will be in the form of bil credit. The remaining (580-76) will be in a prepaid card to that expires in 6 months, doesn't has to be used in Costco.

I wasn't informed if I need to submit the rebate online myself, only to ship the device to Assurant.

Is it correct, or I am missing something?

All went well at Costco Concord, CA. Purchased iphone 11 64gb black with 6s trade. Ported from Google fi and port completed before I left the store. $50 for Magenta Unlimited 55 with auto pay. $45 trade in value for 6s; the rest to the virtual card. Remaining stock at Concord as of 10:00 am Sunday: 5 iphone 11 black 64gb and 6 iphone 11 64gb white. No other iphone 11 colors. Also 1 iphone pro 11 max was in stock. I did not ask for specifics on that phone. Seemed like a pretty good deal to trade in the ancient 6s for $580.

Yes. You have to submit the rebate online. I think you put your new phone number, PIN number, and Imei of the new phone. You ship your phone out yourself as well. Costco should have given you a sheet with the shipping label

Did you actually purchase the phone? Most users are saying that it rings up at $629 at the Costco registers. So the employee probably doesn't know there is a $20 discount on top of the $50 discount off retail apple pricing.

Yes returning the 5th device won't be an issue as I understand their terms. But cancelling the 5th line will be a problem. As long as you return the device but hold the line you should be fine.
I might have misunderstood your original question but from memory you signed up for 5 new lines just for the 5 devices and not for using the service.

Went to costco@St Louis, to open a new magenta plan for $70. The rep told me that the line can't be cancelled for at least 6 months? Is this true? or was the rep giving misinformation? These lines aren't under contract, so my take on it is: I can cancel the line anytime I want to. Am I wrong?

Just got two iphone 11(629) promax(999 which is 50 lower than listed). Even in costco document I saw today, they support Essential Plan. But int the system they can only do Magenta and above. The guy showed me every step, in my view he can only do Magenta. We create three lines since the third line is free.

3 months is per the forms I received. The south St. Louis location is terrible and the lady manager always has an attitude.
