2. How to Redeem Your Offer

2. Trade-in an eligible device.
3. Go to http://www.T-Mobile.com/Promotions within 30 days from date of device purchase.
4. Enter all required fields AND:

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

What I think he meant is that the PRICE ($630) is good until the end of the month.
This promo ends on the 7th, but Costco has extended promos in the past. But they have also ended them on said date.

The price of the line all depends on the rate plan that you start with.

If i sign up for a new line on this promo and two weeks later decide to port a number to my new account on TMO would that impact in any way my Rebate (GC)?
- I mean the account and phone, SIM will be the same just the phone number will change with the port
