Yes, after the Costco associate takes out the phone, grab it and run out the store with it. If you are fast enough, this will work...

Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.

QQ - Can ATT ESIM be activated on the new Tmobile phone without unlocking? Anyone confirm?

Can't port my own number but want to use it on new phone.
I don't think so. It'sthe same rules as regular sim. Phone is locked to Tmobile for 40 days.

Also, I think they said in USA both sims must be same carrier even if phone is unlocked. I am using esim slot as Tmobile and when traveling have an international sim I use as the physcial sim.

Should be fine as long as screen is functional and doesn't have damage

I am an existing Tmobile customer with 2 lines and I added a 3rd for the promo but it was not a port as I do not have any other lines with other carriers. So this works in my situation. I can sell my Iphone X and use the Iphone 11 as a 2 line phone.
Ok now I see your point.. I had a related question about porting a number to the new line/SIM with the Costco iphone 11.. That was if porting my old numebr to the new phone would affect the rebate for me, but I guess it wouldn't then.. I don't have a TMO account and the SIM from the new phone will be the same as when purchased at Costco

how am I supposed to get the return label to ship my 6s? I already completed the t mobile promotion form.
Did Costco initiate the trade in for you? They should have printed a sheet that had 3 parts to it. One part being the shipping label

Did he ask to look at the trade in phone? If so then he obtained the IMEI for the trade.

If not then he didnt enter the trade in info for the promo.

Sorry if this already answered, but do we need to be only on Magenta plans? I clearly see in Eligibility that Essentials plan is also listed. Just wanted to double check.

You can go back to costco to have it entered or try a Tmobile store. They can do it too.

Essentials plan is also available but tax is not included in price. So ultimately Essentials may cost somewhere around the same as Magenta as it has tax included.
