Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.

I just bought iPhone 11. Costco rep said I can only pay for taxes and I have to pay the rest through T-mobile. is this right? I though I have to pay all of through Costco?

Also the form they gave me is different, its telling me I'll get the credit via monthly credits

You can set up each line per your preference. I had the old line activated to esim as primary, and new line in physical sim as secondary without iMessage and not share contact information.

Costco deal -> pay in full and receive rebate in visa gift card
T-Mobile deal -> receive credit over 24 month

I have a question - if there is any possible risk where I purchase the iphone 11, and send it the rebate, however Tmobile reject my rebate. that means I may end up with paying full amount without being able to take advantage of rebate. Did this happen to someone before even though I think it may be rare.

It was set up wrong in Costco T-Mobile kiosk. You need to go back and have the rep fix it.

thanks, ill try tomorrow. The thing is rep said T-mobile doesn't keep phones in stock at Costco. So right then and there I think he lied.

If nothing goes wrong, tmobile won't reject your trade in. Make aure the trade in phone is in excellent condition, will power on, find my iPhone is disabled, and is fully paid off not being black listed by running a quick online imei check, then it won't get rejected. Otherwise, you deserve it because you are not doing your job.

Do a costco online chat to find iPhone 11 inventory in your area. Not every store has it in stock and not every costco has T-Mobile kiosk.

I am in dallas too. The return address is in PA. The rep toke my imei. You'd better go back and make sure. The guy in the store i did this (3800 N Central Expy, Plano, TX 75074 ) know how to do it. Makebe let your guy call Rep there. Rep me and message me, I can give you my Rep's store phone number if you need.

If my trade in get rejected. do I have a chance to return the iphone 11? what do they do to my rejected phone? I think they may send it back to me?
