2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Apples and Oranges.
1. Trade In Device Credit : which is provided as one time bill credit on your bill, this usually takes somewhere between 5-15 days, once they receive your trade in device.
2. Rebate Card : this is generally processed after 30 days(I jumped on April 2019 deal and i got the gift card on 31st days, however not sure this time).
Again, everything is processed once they receive trade in device. So do send the trade in device next day, to get the rebate ASAP.

I wonder if there will be a sale on the 11 where you can just buy the phone new for $500 or less?
Edit: I can also do the deal with tmobile and stretch it over 24 months. this would save me the 60 cost of the membership bringing the price down to 316

As said here about 100 times, if Costco has to order a phone because they are out of stock, you will be getting the 24 month credit instead.
