Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

So I am currently a 6s user that is under a family plan in Tmobile. I am wondering if it's possible to trade this in for iphone11 and open a new line until rebate is received and close it, AND also keep the old line so I can keep using my old phone number.

Does anyone if this method works? I am planning to stick my old SIM card into the new iphone 11, and whatever sim card I receive from the new line won't be used and eventually canceled.

I did have a line cancel about 30 days ago. I wonder if this would become issue when they issue the rebate. There is a fine print to state reactive any line cancel within 90 days... anyone has same problem?

Have anyone been able to special order a pro max with 128 or 256GB? went to costco yesterday and they only have 64 for pro max both in-store and special order for me. Bummer.

Yes, I did exactly that in a previous deal. Shouldn't be a problem

Be careful, online order and shipment from their kiosk may be for 24 months credit and phone itself maybe expensive than buying there.

So here is a friendly tip. iPhone 11 is dual sim capable only that the secondary sim is virtual/digital. Once you open the phone, call the customer service and tell that you want the new number to he as digital sim. They will ask for EID of the device which is found in Settings > General > About. Once you give that, they will map the new number as secondary sim in the new phone. Now you can throw away the physical sim and use that slot for your old number. So you get to use both numbers in the same phone. You may consider this as a hassle, but it takes only few minutes to do this and you get a good value by using both sims

Ouch. They have to initiate the trade in process. It's still doable but you have to get an employee that knows what to do

The virtual prepaid card is like any prepaid Visa/MasterCard. You will have a 16 digit card number with exp. date and CV number. Use the virtual prepaid card like a credit card and add it to your T-Mobile account. I think you can talk to the T-Mobile billing department and pay off your phone.
