Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Went to the nearby Costco store. The representative over there didn't have any clue about this offer. She was on call with someone asking for answers for every single question that I asked. She even said the $580 will be paid in 24 months as bill credit. I really got frustrated and left the store. How to deal with such store employees. Pls help..

I had similar issue on previous deal. So, two options -

1. Try someone at Costco Kiosk who knows how trade-in work. If not then right away ask for Kiosk manager and check he/she knows what needs to be done. Mostly they know what needs to be done. As it was in my case.

2. If not then return the phone and start over.

Really need a new iPhone, so went to my local Costco today to talk to a rep about this deal. They only have 64GB models and just black or white. I don't care about color, but 64GB? I have a 6S and can see these are probably the last days I'll get anything descent for it. So this sucks for me.

Rep told me the same, but that's only if they have to order the phone. If you take what's in stock (warehouse) it's the deal above.
