The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

What does one time bill credit and virtual prepaid card. Is that mean one month bill credit, then remaining in Prepaid card. Also, why they say as "up to $580". Meaning people for iphone 6s, they only give $50 or something like that.

My 6S trade in value was $31, which will be applied to my T-Mobile bill. $549 will come as a rebate card.
