2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

It was a terrible experience at costco..the guy had no clue . I asked him if i would get the trade-in receipt and customer copy and he nodded as if he knew his stuff, but when the tmobile webpage for trade in came up he did not select the option even after i requesting him..
TLDR, had to redo things multiple times...another rep had to be involved..ended up with two credit pulls and took almost 5 hours.....
Costco need to really provide training for these guys before these promotions.....
