2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

I wasn't looking into iphone 11 max pro, so I couldn't tell you but call the costco and ask to speak with wireless. That is what I did before heading out.

They do check phones. Nobody seems to know how CLOSE they check them. I would not risk it going south myself.

I examined the phones. 1 has quite a few small scratches on screen. Even it does not look good. I guess it probably shall be ok for trade-in. The other one has 2 long scratches. Cross the screen from left to right. The scratches are light at one end but slightly deeper in the other end. I am concerned that the 2nd will be accepted or not.
Anyone has experience with trading phones with scratches?
