The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

Like for T Mob prepaid , they used to have $3 plan which is now $10 .Once you activate a sim its mandatory select a plan and it adds to total cost of plan.

When u go to boost, tell them this is ur ATT number and u wanna port in for the 25$ iphone 6s deal. They'll ask u the ATT phone number, acc and pin. You give the details of the port in number you purchased from Ebay. They'll port in that number to boost. Simple!
Is anyone purchased with this offer. I am not getting the mobile in my local store. I am daily checking with my store rep for the availability.
I asked if it was possible to unlock if the device was paid off or used the sim card in another phone for 40 days, but she was telling me the IMEI on the phone you are trying to unlock has to be in service for 40 days in their end for them to unlock.
My advice to you is if you wanted to wait til Xmas, maybe don't use the phone until xmas, pop in that sim for 40 days after then unlock since you have to keep your tmobile contract for 3 months, I guess the time frame would work.
So, if i open the box changed the TMobile sim with ATT sim and power on the device my iPhone become carrier unlocked? I don't want to jeopardize $580, i will put the TMobile sim immediately after the try. Just want to check with experts before give this a try.
They sell phones all day and those are then gone. Along the way, new ones come in to the store. Eventually they get placed into inventory. Then they sell those.
NOBODY CAN ASSURE YOU OF INVENTORY.
