Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.

It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.

Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!

Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!

Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!

And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

How much does ___ cost at Costco? Easy - go to the website. Prices are listed.

I'm trying to enter the PROMO CODE and IMEI info to redeem the offer. It asks me to login. I'm new to Tmobile. It's asking me for a PIN. I don't have a PIN or remember setting one up. How to I get the PIN that's required to sign up for a T-Mobile ID? I've been dialing for half an hour to get support from them!

You have to first sign out of icloud and appstore on the iphone, and then erase all content and settings. That will ensure that it is removed from your icloud account.

Set up an online account. You will be able to set up your own pin

I have a Tmobile One plan with 6 lines, so adding one line should've been fine, from what I understand. But the guy told me that Tmobile One plans aren't eligible at all and I needed to upgrade to Magenta.

Yes. You can have it unlocked by T-mobile after 40 days, and it can be used on all networks after that.

Not true, I just added a new line on my Tmobile One yesterday for this deal. Though I had only 4 line before...

well actually the handout she referred to had 'Effective till date as 11/9/2019 ' ..Maybe they get a new handout everyday till they run out of stock ! Surprisingly , the kiosk wasnt crowded at all !
