2. How to Redeem Your Offer

2. Trade-in an eligible device.

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

I went to the t mobile store showed them a copy of my previous bill that I was getting a discount and they matched it.
I chatted with a rep online to make sure I didn't need to submit a copy of my bill on the discountmatch.t-mobile.com and she said since I showed it in the store I didn't need to do that.
Looking to see if anyone else went through something similar with this promo.
Also, I am part of a TMo One plan with additional 9 people, can I still trade in my iphone 6s plus?
